Taking short breaks throughout the day increases productivity and well-being.</span><br/><span>2. Microbreaks in the morning and relatively long breaks in the afternoon are found effective.</span><br/><span>3. Breaks should relax and recharge instead of draining more.</span><br/><span>4. Taking breaks in the outdoors in the greens recharges better than a break on the desk.</span><br/><span>5. Physical activity like mild exercises and walking is more effective.</span><br/><span>6. Avoid browsing social media during breaks. That causes emotional exhaustion.</span><br/><span>7. Spending break time with a funny companion or a pet is effective.</span><br/><span>8. HR Managers can recommend 'Wellness Moments' like mock safety drills to the top management.</span><br/><span>9. Educate your employees to take breaks by themselves once every 90 minutes. Recommended: 5 minutes of breaks in the morning and 10 minutes of breaks in the afternoon.</span><br/><span>&nbsp;</span><br/><span>I recommend the employees walk down to the restrooms, watch their faces in the mirror, and wash their faces once every 90 minutes.</span></span></span></p></div>

One must have enough wealth at age 50 so that he or she is no longer required to work for basic necessities.
